Ponta Delgada – Azores 2027 is looking for feedback about its legacy

The Ponta Delgada – Azores 2027 bid for European Capital of Culture was not selected to get the title. Évora was the portuguese city selected to be ECoC in 2027, alongside Liepāja, in Latvia.
However, Ponta Delgada will get the title of Portuguese Capital of Culture in 2026. These news were a tipping point in the project. Until february, the mission team will be working to close the bidding proccess, create an acticity report and propose a legacy, that should be developed in tight relation with the Cultural Strategy Ponta Delgada 2030.
As such, we have made an inquiry to gather impressions and opinions of anyone who wants to contribute to this reflection. It is running until January 20.
