9 Bairros (9 Neighborhoods in English) is a digital publication, published within the scope of Ponta Delgada – Azores 2027 candidacy for European Capital of Culture, with the aim of uniting the Azorean islands and all of those who are a part of them, born in them or in love with them. Because no neighborhood can live without the others and a little rivalry never hurt anyone.
